Launched in 2007, Nine Hats was inspired by Long Shadows' team of nine internationally renowned vintners. The portfolio now has grown to nine unique wines, all overseen by Long Shadows' Gilles Nicault. From vineyards across the Columbia Valley, this is a highly perfumed wine, with white peaches and white blossoms filling the ripe and soft palate before finishing with a lick of anise. Read more.
