Columbia ValleySourced from German clone plantings and some of the Columbia Valley’s oldest Riesling vines, this wine offers classic and distinctive Riesling character. Columbia ValleyThe 2019 growing season was a classic vintage that produced wines with impressive color and vibrant flavors. This Columbia Valley Syrah offers beautiful characteristics of sweet spice, black olive tapenade and blueberry notes. It has wonderful complexity and is well balanced with a richly textured mid-palate and lengthy finish. Select vineyards that exhibit beautiful structure and distinctive varietal character were chosen for the final blend. Candy Mountain Vineyard gives the wine its richness and full body while a 1993 planting at Dutchman’s Vineyard in the Yakima Valley enhances its brightness. Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Red Mountain AVA was added to the blend to highlight the texture and structure of the wine. Chardonnay

Columbia ValleyThis inviting Chardonnay delivers a wonderful balance of richness and lively acidity. It offers fresh notes of citrus and grapefruit rind with a pleasant creaminess and hints of pineapple. The wine's complexity is heightened by the use of lees stirring which contributes yeastiness and viscosity. The 2021 Nine Hats Chardonnay was sourced from the Yakima Valley’s French Creek and Boushey vineyards. The blend of these two sites combines the rich texture to the balanced bright acidity of the cooler site. This wine was fermented in French oak barrels, concrete eggs and stainless steel for added layers and aged for 9 months on the lees.Learn More about Chardonnay - 2020

Columbia ValleyThis Columbia Valley Merlot displays a brilliant deep dark color and classic flavors and aromas of blueberry, chocolate and ripe plum. Its rich, silky texture adds layers of complexity and balance. Hints of earthiness and dark fruit character contribute to a long-lasting finish. Sourced primarily from Weinbau Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope, this wine is vibrant and intense with added complexity from the Cabernet Franc.
